Shelly is the BEST! I could never have imaged that a realtor could treat my mom, a widowed senior, so well, like she was her own mother, but that is exactly what Shelly did. My mom was downsizing and needed to sell her house and find a condo which is intimidating for a senior, but Shelly was the most sensitive, patient, hard-working professional that never gave up when finding my mom the perfect condo (which was a very specific and tall order) and handling this difficult time of transition, walking her through the whole process with such genuine care and concern. When problems arose with the condo developer not properly following through with expectations Shelly boldly brought the issues to their attention and my mom was well taken care of as a result. She even recommended movers and came on her day off to ensure that everything went well for my mom on possession day. I cannot recommend Shelly enough for how much she cares not only that the process of finding and selling a home is done with excellence but that her clients (and family members) are happy and well informed about everything that is going on. Again and again she solved problems that came up and calmed everyone's anxieties. That is ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty but that is who Shelly is and what she does. Words cannot express our gratitude.

Shelly is FANTASTIC. She will tell you to interview around (because she’s awesome), but do yourself a favour and hire her!! Her professionalism, integrity, and knowledge of the market made our buying experience a pleasure despite the tight time frame, and the tall order we asked her for. Shelly worked SO hard to find us the perfect home, and went above and beyond by also finding out valuable information on our new neighbourhood, school district, and amenities. She took into account what we wanted in a property, and our future plans and found us the perfect spot. She was pleasant, hilarious, and genuinely cared about finding us the right home. Shelly is professional, knowledgeable and a great negotiator. She is honest, upfront and has integrity. I purchased in a condo complex and I wanted to use a Realtor who knew the complexities of dealing with condo documents and rules. She did a great job start to finish. I was hesitant to move from our neighbourhood that backed the ravine however Shelly showed me amazing properties with comparable backyards and I was sold.
